Because our services involve professional time, personalized assistance, administrative work, research, preparation, and other resources allocated specifically to each client, payments for services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible at info@whisklue.us.
Cancellation requests received before any work has commenced may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and any costs already incurred in connection with the service.
Once Whisklue LLC has begun providing the service, preparing documentation, conducting research, creating marketing materials, coordinating administrative procedures, or otherwise allocating resources to the engagement, the service will generally be considered non-refundable.
Refunds

A refund may be considered if Whisklue LLC is unable to provide a service that has been purchased and no reasonable alternative can be offered.
No refund will generally be provided for services that have already been fully or partially performed, work completed at the client’s request, or delays or outcomes resulting from circumstances outside Whisklue LLC’s control.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Third-Party Services and Costs
Some services may require the involvement of independent third-party professionals or service providers.
Whisklue LLC is not responsible for the refund policies, charges, processing times, decisions, or actions of independent third parties. Any amounts paid directly to third-party providers are subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
Vehicle Import Consulting
Our vehicle import consulting services provide professional guidance and administrative assistance based on the information supplied by the client and the circumstances of each case.
Whisklue LLC cannot guarantee decisions, approvals, processing times, customs outcomes, transportation schedules, or other results that depend on government authorities, independent providers, or other third parties.
The occurrence of a delay, rejection, change in requirements, or other third-party decision does not by itself entitle the client to a refund for consulting or administrative services already performed.
Automotive Marketing & Advertising
Fees for marketing, advertising, content preparation, campaign management, or other work already performed are non-refundable.
Whisklue LLC does not guarantee a specific number of inquiries, leads, sales, transactions, or other commercial results from marketing or advertising activities.
Any advertising budget or third-party platform charges are separate from Whisklue LLC’s professional service fees unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information and documentation necessary for Whisklue LLC to perform the requested services.
Delays, additional work, or inability to complete a service resulting from missing, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the client will not normally constitute grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
